Nice stone patio with seating, table and grill. Off street parking for four automobiles. Quick, easy walk to beaches with snack bar and facilities: Veterans Beach on Lewis Bay next to Kennedy Memorial, Hyannis Yacht Club. Kalmus Beach 2/10 mile, great for swimming and renown for windsurfing. Harbor less than a mile away and all types of activity. Ferry, fishing boats, charter boats, artisan cottage, welcome center, free entertainment. Downtown is only next block up with numerous restaurants, shops and Kennedy Museum. A good way to spend the day. Close to Hyannisport, airport, transportation center, shopping golf, miniature golf, theaters. No smoking, not pets. Game room is not heated and may be closed from Oct thru April.
